Portfolio Manager is pretty easy to use. Fill in basic profile questions about your properties, and add in some meter and energy use specifics, as well as some data from past energy bills. Portfolio Manager will review the information, benchmark the results and deliver an ENERGY STAR® score.
Your ENERGY STAR score is how you rank between 1 and 100 compared to similar facilities across the nation. A score of 50 means you're average. A score of 75 or higher means your facility may be eligible for ENERGY STAR certification.
